4 Ways To Style An Outfit. Transition From Day To Night

As busy ladies whether we are chasing kids, working full time, or both LOL…transitioning from day to night in the same pieces is key.  Using staple pieces that you can wear during the day but just change up your shoes, jewelry, and pants can make wearing #whatsinmycloset easy to do and not as expensive.

So, the outfit I wore today for work is the outfit I will use for this post.  I ended up being a little more casual at work today since I was in training and it’s always FREEZING in their rooms.  If I was going out to dinner tonight I could’ve wore the same outfit.  However, what if I wanted to be a little warmer or a little more casual but stay in leggings?  I would change into my riding boots from Aldo.

What if I wanted to throw on a pair of jeans, keep the ankle strap d’Orsay flats on for a nicer look for dinner after today…easy change.

Or for a a dressy casual, throw on jeans and riding boots to stay warm as well.

I changed up the Stella and Dot pieces that range from a work wear point to a more casual look.

To some these outfits may not look much different but as you can see just a couple of staple pieces and you have several different outfits.

This sweater is no longer but I have linked one close to it here. from Old Navy, here from Target, and here from Gap.
