Needing a super EASY and Quick recipe that actually tastes good and is healthy too? Ya’ll need to try this Tasteful Tuesday recipe.
Only 3 ingredients and a crock pot.
Frozen Boneless Chicken Breasts 4-6 (any brand)
1 20 oz Can of Crushed Pineapple (any brand)
1 bottle of Hawaiian Barbeque sauce (any brand)
Instructions:
Spray crock pot with cooking spray
Place all 3 ingredients in the crock pot and set on low for 4-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.
Serve over white rice and with steamed green veggies.
