Day 1-Less IS More Challenge-Kids Lunches

Tonight I have decided as the first change to making life less hectic in our Less IS More Challenge, is a simple one…

Making the kids lunches the night before.

Really all it takes is 5-7 minutes to do this so you ask why do it the night before?

Well, I don’t know about you but mornings are rushed and people are more grumpy in the mornings.

Another positive thing to making the lunches at night, is if you wait until the kids go to bed then you won’t have to hear them complain while they watch you make their lunch.  The words “I don’t want to eat that”! is another added stress that you can remove from your day.

This habit is not only for kids lunches but maybe for those adults taking their lunches too!

So here’s to the first day of the challenge!
