Day 7-Less IS More Challenge-Alarm Clocks

Alarm clocks. I love them and then I hate them. I love the fact that I depend on it to make sure that I can get to work on time but I hate when the sound goes off.

How many times do you hit the snooze button? Me, a few times. But you know what that causes?  Me, running behind running around chaotically, getting stressed out, and not being a very nice mama in the morning.

I used to hate the feeling of dropping my kids off after an argument or when I’ve been upset with them in the morning because I just was not getting up a few minutes earlier.

So I’ve devoted an extra 15 minutes of time on top of me already getting up to exercise in the morning to make sure that I am ready before my kids are even up.

I know for some people this seems like something you’ve already done for very long time. However, I keep going back to the fact that my schedule is inconsistent. There are times that I don’t get home until midnight and who wants to get up at 6am in the morning after getting to bed so late.

I need to be more consistent and that is why am working on it.
